Uitgever Capcom heeft een demo van Resident Evil 5 en een demo voor Resident Evil 6 vrijgegeven voor de Nintendo Switch. Spelers kunnen de demo’s gratis downloaden via de Nintendo Switch eShop. Beide games zijn vanaf 29 oktober 2019 verkrijgbaar voor de Nintendo Switch en krijgen een prijskaartje van €29,99 per stuk.
