Ontwikkelaar Cloud Chamber, de nieuwe studio van uitgever Take-Two Interactive werkt al enkele jaren aan een gloednieuwe BioShock-game.
Buiten deze informatie weten we niet veel over het project. Twitteraccount @oopsleaks zegt meer te weten over de nieuwe BioShock-game.
Volgens Oopsleaks komt de game uit tegen het einde van 2024. De game zou zich afspelen in Antartica en open wereld zijn. Wat betreft graphics, zegt Oopsleaks dat de game vergelijkbaar is met de PlayStation 5-exclusieve shooter Deathloop.
“I have received confirmation that the game will be based in Antarctica. An open world with a main story that has multiple endings. Allegedly, the theme of aggregate states of water plays a huge role in the plot and lore which will be more extensively revealed through side quests.
The artstyle and in-game graphic design is similar to Deathloop. It has 1960’s The British Invasion and counterculture vibes, style is psychedelic and trippy (I guess the music too). Heard about a solid soundtrack and a female protagonist. Still don’t know if Schyman is back.”
Take-Two of Cloud Chamber hebben het gerucht niet bevestigd. Neem de woorden van Oopsleaks vooralsnog met een korreltje zout.
