Al sinds begin dit jaar zijn er geruchten dat Ubisoft’s subscription service namelijk Ubisoft+ naar Xbox-consoles komt.
Vanaf vandaag is Ubisoft+ eindelijk beschikbaar op de Xbox One, Xbox Series S en Xbox Series X. Er zijn wel addertjes onder het gras. Zo maakt Ubisoft+ geen deel uit van Xbox Game Pass Ultimate zoals EA Play dat wel is. Je moet dus een apart abonnement aanschaffen.
Bovendien krijg je minder voor meer. Op de PC heeft Ubisoft+ momenteel namelijk 100 games beschikbaar, op de Xbox zijn dat er maar 60. Daarnaast moet je op de Xbox-consoles gaan voor de Ubisoft + Multi Access Plan. Deze is het duurst namelijk €17,99 per maand. Wel kan je hiermee ook Ubisoft+ spelen op PC, Xbox-consoles en Amazon Luna.
